A perfectly baked peach, in iced tea form. Our slow-roasted oolong from Northern Thailand serves as the warm, caramelized base, brightened by sun-ripened peaches from Italy. Chilean guava berries impart subtle notes of honey and strawberry, complementing the peaches’ nectar-like sweetness. Serve with chocolate cake, vanilla panna cotta—or in place of dessert entirely.

Based on an 8oz cup of tea made with suggested steeping method relevant to the tea type. An average cup of coffee contains about 90 – 120 mg / 8oz cup.
Tea Preparation
1. Place 1 tea sachet in a 1-liter pitcher.
2. Add 500 mL 200°F water.
3. Steep for 7 minutes.
4. Add 500 mL cold water. Remove sachet. Pour over ice.
