Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

25% restock fee on returned goods, shipping / product quality issues exempted.
To maintain freshness, credit on coffee will only be issued if returned within 14 days of invoice date.
Goods must be returned in full, unopened original packages in resellable condition.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned shipment.
