Organic black tea, essential oil of cedrat (citron medica), organic essential oil of Sicilian lemon

Based on an 8oz cup of tea made with suggested steeping method relevant to the tea type. An average cup of coffee contains about 90 – 120 mg / 8oz cup.
Tea Preparation
1. Place 1 tea sachet in a 1-liter pitcher.
2. Add 500 mL 200°F water.
3. Steep for 5 minutes.
4. Add 500 mL cold water. Remove sachet. Pour over ice.
