About this tea

Inspired by Japanese craft-beverage culture, this botanical iced tea showcases shiso leaf, a prized culinary herb with a complex aroma and minty, basil-like flavor. Shiso complements the luscious sweetness of blueberry while raspberry and lemon add a tart twist. Spearmint echoes the refreshing minty undertones in the blend, layering beautifully with a touch of soothing aromatic lavender. Mix it with lemon, lavender syrup and soda water for a zero-proof twist on a Tom Collins.

Based on an 8oz cup of tea made with suggested steeping method relevant to the tea type. An average cup of coffee contains about 90 – 120 mg / 8oz cup.
Tea Preparation
1. Place 1 tea sachet in a 1-liter pitcher.
2. Add 500 mL 200°F water.
3. Steep for 5 minutes.
4. Add 500 mL cold water. Remove sachet. Pour over ice.
