In Italian, mezzanotte means “midnight”.This creamy-bodied decaffeinated coffee possesses low acidity, notes of milk chocolate and nut with hints of black tea. We savor this coffee “con il dolce”, steeped in a french press then paired with complementary flavors of chocolate or hazelnut.

Decaffeination Process: At Umbria Coffee, taste is our guiding light while we aim to use no chemicals and be as natural as possible. For decaffeination, we chose to use Methylene Chloride because it retains the flavour of the bean better than any other method available. As the green beans are roasted, it heats beyond the vaporization point leaving the beans with no trace of any chemical. For a water-processed decaffeinated option, consider Buona Sera Blend.
